Everything is done on paper, and then entered into a spreadsheet, then imported into a payroll system, and then imported separately into a product management system We do both individual and crew timesheets on paper, and it gets typed into our payroll system and into a separate project management system We have an app, and we have to copy the info into our payroll system We’ve integrated a time capture app with the ERP, but then we have to copy and paste it into the product management system

It involves soggy receipts and I don’t want to talk about it We have a spreadsheet they fill out, and we try to route it through their crew leader or project manager for approval We comb through our corporate card statements, then route it around to the team to figure out which department or job to code it to We have corporate cards and pay an extra fee so each cardholder has to fill it out in a web portal
