Just a year or so ago, the company delivered a complicated signage project across more than 1,200 sites. Balancing this many projects in an industry where reporting and compliance issues on each one are critical requires having the systems in place to meet these needs head on. "You just could not deliver the compliance paperwork needed with an off-the-shelf solution," Perrett said. "The volume of paperwork we churn through to meet compliance is significant and customised to the outcomes required." Field View and Jobpac, however, deliver the ease and flexibility to be able to meet these compliance requirements without skipping a beat. "On the project compliance side, there's a package of closeout documentation that needs to be delivered at the end of each project that is collected as you move through the project. The ability to collect throughout in real-time and deliver it at the end is fundamental to us," Perrett said. On the service side, WSP has used Field View to build out a suite of delivery documents that its technicians and many of its subcontractors use to be able to hit the work site, assess the daily safety risks and compliance issues, and get right to work with all of the latest information at their fingertips. 8
