Search
Easy to search by simply entering your question into the search box of the Viewpoint Customer Portal home page. Search has been improved so that it will no longer be necessary to find exact keywords to see articles or known issues.
Case Management
We know case management is an important part of your team’s daily activity. We have improved the case management screens to include:
Sticky filters so you don’t have to continually reset the parameters for your case searches. Case filters are saved for your next session.
The ability to open multiple cases at one time.
Should the suggestion we provide not resolve the question, you can now let us know by reopening a case.
View attached articles and linked issues from within your case.
Case comments will be aggregated so you may easily understand an entire case history.
Learning
Under the “Learn With Us” section, you can search the knowledge base of hundreds of solutions, network with other users in the Viewpoint Network, access the Viewpoint Academy for online training courses, and learn about your Viewpoint products from the latest quick Reference Guides.
